Katrina is a seasoned hotel and hospitality consultant who advises clients on hotel acquisitions and development. She has worked on development and business review assignments in more than 60 countries and is widely credited with helping build HSP’s strong network and track record.
Katrina brings deep sector knowledge and a long-standing family heritage in hospitality. She previously served as CEO of Accor Asia Pacific Philippines and held senior executive positions in hotel development and property investment businesses across Asia and Europe, giving her a broad and well-rounded perspective on the industry. She is also the CEO and owner of Hotel Solutions Partnership (HSP), the sister company of HSP Transact, and an equity partner at HSP Transact.

VERONICA TAN
Head of Hotel Investments, Asia-Pacific
Veronica Tan is a highly experienced real estate professional with more than two decades of experience leading boutique firms in the luxury property sector, with a focus on high-end residential, hospitality, and development assets across the Asia-Pacific and UK–Europe regions.
At HSP Transact, she concentrates on the acquisition, investment, and divestment of prime hospitality assets, including luxury and boutique hotels and hotel development projects, working closely with owners, institutional investors, and international buyers.
With deep expertise in Southeast Asia and an extensive cross-border network with Asia-Pacific region, Veronica connects global capital with distinctive opportunities in one of the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing hospitality markets.

ELENA TSAP

Elena leads HSP Transact’s acquisition and investment transactions, working closely with hotel owners, asset managers, funds, and agents worldwide to source and secure exceptional opportunities. She actively identifies required assets for HSP Transact’s international client base, with expertise across hotels, hostels, serviced apartments, student accommodation, and mixed-use developments.
Drawing on extensive experience in commercial and residential property acquisition, Elena brings deep market insight and a substantial international network, which she uses to deliver off-market opportunities to clients.

ALEX MAVRIDIS
Director | Hotel Acquisitions & Development Advisory
Alex has over 20 years’ experience in hospitality investment and asset management, covering every stage of the investment cycle from concept and feasibility through design, pre-opening, operations, asset management, pre-sale, and disposal. He has worked across five continents and has been responsible for more than $8 billion of global hospitality assets, spanning a broad range of brands and operators.
His background also includes real estate development, encompassing hotel construction, renovation, major refurbishment, branded residences, and hotel rebranding, together with due diligence for acquisitions and disposals, debt and equity funding negotiations, and operator searches and contract negotiations, including franchise and management agreements.
